今次3月22日的晚宴有過千名仁愛堂職工參與，把整個紅爵御宴都塞滿，當中我有很多未曾見過的臉孔。

他們都十分享受這個時刻、歌曲及美酒，從未擔心過供應問題。王醫師的歌聲與廣東歌歌手陳奕迅有九成相似。

我十分讚嘆仁愛堂的成長。當我是96/97年的主席時，我們有35個服務單位和450位員工，現在則變成95個服務中心及過千名員工。

有著這個令人振奮的擴展，但有一樣特質是從未更改，就是仁愛堂中的家庭感覺。只要你一坐下，與周邊的職工朋友談天，熟悉感覺便立即回來。

Yan Oi Tong ‘s staff annual dinner – 22nd March 2013

The dinner was attended by over 1000 staff who filled up the whole dinning hall of Red Royalty Banquet on this evening of 22nd March 2013.
There were so many faces that I had not seen before. They totally enjoyed the great moment with songs and wine. There was no worry for under supply. Herbalist Wong sang at almost 90% resemblance of the canto pop singer Eason.
I was amazed to see the growth of Yan Oi Tong since my chairmanship in 1996/1997. Back then we had only 35 odd service units and 450 employees but now it has grown to having around 95 centers manned by over 1000 staff.
With such a rapid expansion, still there is one thing which never changes, i.e., the homey feeling within Yan Oi Tong. As soon as you sit down and chat with the friendly staff, that familiar feeling comes back right away!

黃達東主席在過去一年卓越地帶領仁愛堂，現在準備將舵傳給候任的陳鄭主席。我很有信心，她會在未來日子為仁愛堂展開漂亮的一章。

Chairman Mr. Wong has led the work of Yan Oi Tong well and is about to pass his helm to the oncoming Chairlady Mrs. Chan. I am sure she will open up yet another beautiful chapter of achievement for Yan Oi Tong in time to come.
