2013年3月22日,我享用了一次豐盛的午餐,還是一次有著優質葡萄酒的奢侈午餐,享受著獨特的用餐環境以及摯友的陪伴。

對邀請人來說,這次午餐是一個計畫外的事情,為什麼呢?因為,邀請人原來是邀請晚餐,卻陰差陽錯地被我的秘書聽錯了將其安排為午餐。啊叻哥(陳帕祥)計劃邀請我晚宴品酒,但當其知道我的失誤後,友好的調改自己的日程安排,與我及Conrad午餐。

第一口品嘗食物,我就感覺十分精緻美味,完全滿足了我們的味蕾。此外,另我們驚喜的是,啊叻哥請餐廳老闆,第十一任啊叻,拿出私人珍藏,1960年Mclaren威士忌給予我們品嘗,這確實掀起我們午餐的高潮。一杯已讓我感到心曠神怡。這種感覺一直回盪在我整個週五下午,我花了相當一段時間從那個狀態中恢復過來,專注回我的工作。

Lunch with Ah Lac Gor at Sup 1
It was an excellent lunch and it was a sumptuous lunch with excellent wine, exclusive environment and wonderful company on 22nd March 2013.
The lunch was an un-intended event from the host’s perspective. Why? Because, it was supposed to be a dinner but then my secretary got it wrong and marked it as a lunch instead. Ah Lac Gor(Chan Pak Cheung) was supposed to invite me for a wine tasting dinner but as soon as he was aware of my mistake, he was witty enough to accommodate and change his schedule to suit me and Conrad for the lunch.
Food at Sup 1 was so good with its delicacy that it satisfied our taste buds sensuously. Further to our pleasant surprise was that when Ah Lac Gor asked the boss of the restaurant, Eleventh Gor, to take out his personal collection, a Mclaren 1960 whisky for our appreciation. That really raised the atmosphere of our lunch to its height. That one peg of quantity in my glass absolutely made me feel completely relaxed and happy. This feeling lingered around for the rest of my Friday afternoon and it took me quite sometime before I recovered and could concentrate on my desk to work again.
