與映灣園居民見面

應映灣園業主委員會林悅先生的邀請，香港律師公會的公義律師服務委員會出席了2011年1月5日舉行的映灣園特別業主大會，議程是有關該屋苑的住戶專車(又稱為〝邨巴〞)的申請經營事宜。我在會上簡單講述有關邨巴運輸牌照申請的程序。

Meeting with residents of Caribbean Coast

By the invitation of the Owners’ Committee of Caribbean Coast, Tung Chung, committee members of Hong Kong Law Society Pro Bono Committee attended an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Owners’ Committee of Caribbean Coast on 5th January 2011 to discuss the matter of the residential shuttle bus services.  I briefly talked about the application procedure for obtaining a licence for shuttle bus services.
