第十三屆沙田區家長教師會聯會就職典禮在沙田第一城福彩海鮮酒家舉，超過200名參加者在當日見證這個儀式。新上任的女會長梁美玲是繼承前任會長林小平的掌舵，新會長承諾將會致力加強40多所學校的教師之間的教學技巧和經驗的交流，目的是盡力幫助學生學習。我很榮幸參與其有意義的工作和被邀成為他們的名譽法律顧問。 – 何君堯

The Inaugural Dinner of the 13th Term of The Joint Council of Parent-Teacher Associations of The Shatin District was held at Choi Fook Seafood Restaurant in Shatin on 8 January 2011. Over two hundred attendees were there to witness the ceremony. The new chairlady Lucia Leung was to take over the helm from the previous chairman Lam Siu Ping. Ms Leung pledged to foster greater communication and exchange of teaching skills and experience amongst about 40 schools with the view to assist their students to learn. I am honored to be associated with this respectable body and acted as their Honorary Legal Adviser. – Mr Junius Ho
