何君堯（Junius K.Y. Ho），執業律師，是何君柱律師樓的高級合夥人之一，主理訴訟及商業部門，亦同時兼任廣州辦事處首席代表。
何君堯於1984年畢業於英國州瑪高等教育學院（即現今的安格裡亞魯斯金大學），取得榮譽法律學士學位後，回港攻讀香港大學專業法律文憑課程。於2011年，何君堯獲安格裡亞魯斯金大學頒授榮譽法學博士學位。
何君堯於1988年取得香港執業律師資格，其後分別在1995年及1997年取得新加坡和英國及威爾斯執業律師資格，2003年被委任為中國委託公證人。
何君堯在過去廿年間，一直持之以恆，專注為客戶服務，累積得來的豐富法律經驗，亦應用於社區服務和促進香港及內地法律合作的交流與發展。另一方面，何君堯亦熱心公共事務，出任多個政府及不同社區機構的公職，其中包括如下：
- 香港特別行政區立法會議員 (2016-2020) ；
- 新界屯門樂翠區屯門區議員 (1/2016-12/2019)；
- 香港嶺南大學校董(2015-2018)；

Mr. Junius K. Y. Ho (何君堯)(“Junius”), is a Senior Partner of Messrs. K.C. Ho & Fong, Solicitors & Notaries where he is the head of the Litigation and Commercial Department. He is also the Principal Representative of the Guangzhou Office.
Having studied at Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom (formerly known as Chelmer Institute of Higher Education), Junius obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree in 1984. He then joined the University of Hong Kong for the Post-graduate Certificate in Laws study. Junius was further awarded with the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws by Anglia Ruskin University in 2011.
Junius was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1988. He was subsequently admitted in Singapore and England and Wales in 1995 and 1997 respectively. In 2003, he was appointed as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.
Junius has over 20 years of legal experience and is committed in serving the community and contributing to the business economic co-operation between Hong Kong and the Mainland. Apart from serving his own legal profession, he also serves on various government and advisory boards as follows:-
- Member of the Legislative Council (2016-2020);
- Elected member of the Tuen Mun District Council (1/2016-12/2019);
- Member of the Council of Lingnan University of Hong Kong (2015-2018);
- Member of the Panel of Adjudicators of the Obscene Articles Tribunal (2013-2016);
- Ex-officio Executive Councillor of Heung Yee Kuk;
- Spokesman of New Territories Concern Group;
- Indigenous Village Representative of Leung Tin Village (2011-2020);
- Past President (2011-2012) and Present Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong;

- Founder of Butterflyers Association Limited, a charitable organization;
